Open Arts is a self-funded residency opportunity in Northern Nigeria offered by Open Arts, an arts collective committed to promoting arts and creative endeavours in the region. The residency prioritises works and stories from underrepresented voices and provides artists with access to Open Arts' space and community in Kaduna. Artists must cover their own costs for the residency but benefit from the support and resources of the Open Arts collective and from the opportunity to engage with the cultural and creative life of Northern Nigeria. The residency is open to artists from any country who wish to work in and engage with the communities of Northern Nigeria.
