ABOUT THIS CALL

Now in its 9th edition, the John Ruskin Prize invites artists, designers and makers worldwide to enter work responding to the theme 'Not for Present Delight'. Up to 50 shortlisted artists exhibit at Trinity Buoy Wharf, London, with winners announced 27 January 2027. International digital entry is available.

REQUIREMENT 

  • Open to all artists, designers and makers aged 18+, any nationality

  • Digital entry option for international applicants

  • Under-26 and standard entry tiers, priced per artwork

The John Ruskin Prize is organised by the Guild of St George in partnership with Trinity Buoy Wharf, celebrating Ruskin's legacy of craftsmanship and social engagement.
